Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ridhi Sidhi Tour And Travels

1. Cancellation by Traveler

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.

• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Ridhi Sidhi Tour And Travels

• In rare cases where Ridhi Sidhi Tour And Travels must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety issues), a full refund will be issued.

• Alternative dates or rescheduling options may be offered at the traveler’s discretion.

3. Partially Used Services

• No refund will be provided for services not used during the tour (hotel stays, sightseeing, meals, or transport).

4. Payment & Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

• Any bank transfer charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance

• Travelers are strongly advised to take travel insurance for unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or personal emergencies.
